I had a good time yesterday as well.

Met the girly pilot and talked with Alan. Missed Brad some how...and the rest of the WIX gang...I guess we need to wear a big "Hey I'm a WIXer sign" at these things... :) Maybe next time we can call for a noon meet-up at the hot dog vendor.

Tried to respond last night but apparently no joy! Dave Miller and Chief Flynn drove the spare tire that was built up in Midland and changed out the right main on Monday. The plan was to return Ol' 927 to Addison yesterday. I did not hear anything to the contrary, so hopefully all went well.

Ol'927 is headed to McAlester OK to honor a B-24 pilot who participated in the raid over the Bridge Kwai on Friday.

Roger that Chris as all of the tires were round when I was there. If you want, pm me your email address and I'll send a few photo's to you...

I say we take up a collection to help Carl paint his T-6. I'll start by donating one spray can of Duplicolor silver spray bomb to the effort.

I quite like his paint scheme. That way I always know when it's him. :)

Too bad no one got some great pictures of his landings (that were textbook perfect every time just as they always are). :D
