When I was in New Zealand last year for the Wanaka Show, I took a bus from our hotel in Christchurch to the RNZAF Museum at Wigram. I was the only person on the bus for the twenty minute trip and the driver insisted on holding a high speed conversation with me the whole way. To this day, I have no idea what we talked about. When he laughed, I laughed, when he nodded, I nodded back. He must have thought I was an absolute idiot when I got off the bus. Look forward to seeing y'all at the show and dinner. Not sure about name tags since anonimity can be a huge friend sometimes.

Reminds me of a visit from Madrid to the Spanish Air Force Museum, and a very unhelpful bus driver. That one's not for the internet, but remind me on Friday...

Unfortunately, as usual, I will have to decline. Last minute setup stuff ya know!
I don't know if I'll see everyone at the show. If not, have a great time!!!!! And remember to thank a volunteer :D

It takes over 300 volunteers to make this great show happen. They all deserve our praise and thanks for a job well done.

Yes Cindy, without all the volunteers, we wouldn't have a great show like this to attend. Sorry you can't make it, and thanks for helping to make this show happen.

@BDK, I'll see if I can find a Walgreens or CVS to get some labels.

Anyone showing up who isn't sure who we are, look for the people in airplane polo and t-shirts, we usually stand out from all the Nike and Pink clotheswear.

Had a great time, maybe next year you can make it out. We had a small group of WIX members at dinner, joined by the Society for Aviation History Group and others such as Cindy were busy working at the event.
