Warbird Information Exchange

It's not re-enacting in the pure sense (I was only dressed in a repro uniform with the same theme as the display of almost all original stuff) but I thought you'd all like it anyway...
The Military Vehicle Preservation Association had their annual convention in Portland, Oregon and it just ended yesterday.
It was a blast. The WW2 War Corresondent display I set up with a collector friend of mine went well (you only see about 1/4 of it in these shots, i could never get a full show of the whole thing), I was pleased with how it turned out, and was certainly pleased with our joint display overall.
We didn't win any awards, though, but that wasn't why we set it up, anyway.
The field table is postwar (I bought a WW2 one at the show and replaced it halfway through the show) and there are a few repro items on that table, the rest is all original stuff.
