Several of us that are apart of Lone Star Flight Museums, "Living History Group" have participated in several filmings. These filmings were used for the History Channels episodes of "Heavy Metal".

Very cool! Did you fill the floor of the B-17 with empty casings?

Do you want to find locations of displayed, stored or active aircraft? Then start with the The Locator.
Do you want to find or contribute to the documented history of an aircraft? If so then start with the Airframes Database.

Actually we did!!! LOL...They did shots of our feet, both of us "waist gunners" had two hand fulls of 50 cal casings dropping them as we moved about! We filmed the P-38 and B-17 episodes down on Galveston Island, TX. Thank God my shearling pants had suspenders!!! Cause with all the sweat....my pants were falling down at the end of the shoots! HAHAHa :?
