I wanted something to sit next to my 1/32 Spitfire up at work, so I got a "vintage" FW-190 kit on EBay a few weeks back. To be quite honest, this was one of the worst kits I've ever put together...most of the pieces didn't fit together at all. For example, I had to shave off half the pilot's head to get it to fit inside of the canopy...he looks a bit "lumpy" now but it came out pretty well.

I based the paint scheme off the FW-190 from Janes' WWII Fighters, one of my favorite games when I was a kid.

Enjoy!
