I guess Tallichet's estate is closing some of this stuff out. Probably couldn't build it for 4 tmes as much.

Maybe I could put it on the roof of my garage to annoy the neighbors?

Full size replica? I guess I just have to multiply everything by 48 then...

Now if someone were restoring a vintage gas station, they could recreate this one:

Actually, upon further review, I wonder if this is the one from March AFB? The Proud Bird at LAX still has a bunch of the fiberglass replicas on display.

The Flying 'A' station was on Marine View Drive @ about California in downtown Everett, check John Pauls projects to see it's resurrection, while on the station it had an electric motor that turned the prop.

An Electrical supply store South of Everett on Hwy 99 (before freeway) had a BT-13/15 mounted on it's firewall on the roof, I believe someone rescued the skeletal remains but that was MMMAAAANNNNYYYY decades ago.

A newer hotel near KPAE uses an old 727 left wing as a portico at the entrance.

Does anyone know if the wreckage of AK899 was recovered after Mr. Baranaskas' accident?
