I'm looking for any model of a US WW2-era generator. I assumed finding one for airfield dioramas would be easy, but the only stuff I can find is modern or German.
I need a good model of an American-made generator from the W2 era. It can't be brit or allied, as it's for my O scale model railroad layout which takes place stateside in 1943.
If anyone knows of anything like this, I'd love to know about it!

Monogram 1/48 WWII Airfield Ground Support Equipment set.

EDIT - Apologies; what I thought was a generator cart in that set is a battery starter cart, and British to boot. :(

Depending on the level of detail you need or want, a PE-95 generator is basically a long box with radiused long edges. Grill on one end, and a control panel on the other (which has a cover when not in use) Should be a really easy scratchbuild project, then mount it in a BenHur trailer
