Hey there - any suggestions for a basic WWII era flat bed trailer? I need one for a atomic bomb test unit display and the test unit I have is 1/48th scale.

Thanks,

Tom P.

My first idea is to tell you to look where O Scale model railroad accessories/scenery are sold.

I'm aware of some lines of industrial-type machines and vehicles available in 1/50 scale diecast. Maybe something there.

As you know 1/48th vehicles are rare.
Here is something that might work...
The trailer is 40s-50s vintage, but it might be close enough or you could modify it.

You should be able to buy the kit cheaper than the price offered above from an auction site or collector, as the seller/website I posted seems a bit high (I've had customer service issues with him).
