14. The Lost Squadron, David Hayes. Details the flight of 2 B-17's and 6 P-38's that were left on a Greenland icecap, from where Glacier Girl was recovered.
15. United States Naval air stations of WW2, vol. 1, eastern states, M.L. Shettle. details naval air stations in the U.S. with pull out map
16. Flying Legends, a photographic study of the great piston combat aircraft of WW2, John M. Dibbs. Color pictures of WW2 aircraft
17. United States Naval fighters of WW2, Michael O'Leary. Older book about navy aircraft on carriers as well as training in Florida. Lot of photos
18. Learnign to fly helicopters, R. Randall Padfield. A nice supplement to study while obtaining helicopter endirsement.
19. The pilots handbook of aeronautical knowledge, Illman. All about terms and meanings
20. Aviation weather handbook, Lankford. How to determine weather, as to fly or not1
21. Instrument flying handbook, Turner. IFR terms and meanings, over 500 pages
22. Piloting basics handbook, Bjork. An additional study guide while obtaining your pilot license or a refresher
23. Helicopter Maintenance, Jeppesen. details things that should be serviced or inspected while working on rotorcraft.
