While not as good a photographer as some of the pro's that frequent this board I occasionally get lucky and end up with a shot I want to share or put on FB. While I have been able to muddle my way through Photoshop Elements (Version 6) I have not figured out an easy and quick way to watermark my shots.

Does someone know a simple techinique or a reasonable plug in i can use.

Thanks
Steve S

Hi Steve;
I struggled when trying to find similar solutions, until recently. Just found a free-ware download for the simple to use Fastone Photo Resizer 3.0 program, and it will not only offer a full range of watermarking options, but will resize photos individually or in large batches, all at once. Now, instead of typing my previous "watermarks" in completey opaque type, one at a time, and adjusting fot size to each size photo...and resizing photos for forums, and thumbnails, etc.,one at a time, you can open a file and resize an entire photofile, and add all range of watermarks to the entire group of photos, all with one click. I'm still experimenting, but think you will like it..What a time-saver!

Steve; Glad you asked this question :D
Haven't played or experimented with this Fastone software, much, as it is a recent download. But you got me motivated to take another look at it.
I just took a large photo file of 102 images that were 53Mb. Making a couple of the various optional choices it offered, I resized the entire 102 images into a 4.2Mb subfile, to a standard size 640dpi width, AND, at the SAME time Watermarked every one of them with a half-transparent logo, all with ONE click, taking about a minute! for ALL of them. Usually takes me over an hour to do that! (I used to first-individually re-size, then individually "add text" in another step, one by one.
Lovin it :D

hello guys, this works really well and after a little use is easy. It will also do photos in bulk, a folder at a time. If you need help let me know. Free for personal use....

this is what it does, plus a lot more, different fonts, different sizing, different angles and different colors

Just remember to work with copies of your original photos!

Hi Steve;
Just wondering if you ever got a satisfactory/successful set up that resulted in the watermarks you wanted?
