Great going Dan, Marc, and the So Cal Wing. Back at winter staff conference, I saw the shipping box/container sitting on the floor in the camo parts building.... Woody confirmed that is was an R-2600 for a B-25..... Glad to see it going to the PBJ...... One down, one to go........ sounds like it is all downhill now...... I want to see the PBJ pull up beside us in either "FIFI" and "Lil", then slide over next to Dave Hansen's 'Poon, "Attu Warrior"! Hmmmmmm, sounds like a photo mission for the future!

Well guys, unless something totally unforeseen happens, it looks like I will be back out there next weekend to hit the wiring. I miss "my" PBJ and my junior tech, Kurtis (a Marine...) wants to touch it and drool all over it. He's actually not too bad for a Marine  but he's young and can crawl all through the nooks and crannies pulling wires behind him. He does fit in places I don't anymore. Anyway, we'll see you soon.

These photos are courtesy of crew member Alan Nicholson.
I know she looks like she is almost finished but we are still several months from flying. We still have a major hurdle and that is getting our left engine rebuilt. Like most things it gets down to money and if that comes we are less than a year away from flight. If I could only win the loto! About 50 grand would do it.....

Doesnt seem that long ago that she was minus paint and celebrating a wing being attached. Outstanding work guys.. How soon before she turns a prop?

So sexy! This is one of my new favorite WIX restoration photos - nothing like that beautiful navy scheme on a B-25. Can't wait to see the finished product. Keep up the good work. :drink3:

What issues are you having with PBucket? I had issues where photos wouldn't show occasionally after switching to the new look but seems to work fine now.

Dan, this is Ted (Romanek) at the hangar (stopped into the thread to see the top turret installation pics). Email me if I can be of any help, I usually use photobucket for images, but rarely have troubles.
