Heat and cold are starting to take it\s toll on the workers as well I bet.. Will be great to see work being done over the winter in the warm |

The guys opened up one of the rudders yesterday.... ...and got a nice surprise.....bird and hornet nests. Fortunately, the residents of the nests were long gone. |

Doesn't look too bad though considering...Birds got into the deice boot cutout and rudder hinges .. we had the same problem. |

Well, the rear turret doors are almost finished. Just have to re-add the hardware, some new gaskets for the windows and paint. I stacked all the pieces together against one of the wingtips to see how they looked. What a lot of work! (but fun) |

This may sound like a stupid question...will the Lanc fit in your current hangar when her wings are attached? If not are there plans in place for expansion to house the lancaster? |
