Hi everyone. I'm one of the Build Team members on the B-17E Desert Rat restoration Project. We are currently restoring the rear half of the fuselage from Bulkhead 7-11. We Are lacking in contemporary photos of this area and I was wondering if anyone had photos they could share with us. (we would really like shots of where tab's, fasteners, brackets etc go) Also any photos you might have of the main bulkheads 7-10 would be a great help as well. That area on our aircraft was heavily deteriorated when our owner rescued it and we are working off of blueprints so it can be very slow going. If we had photos it would make things go faster and know what we need to fabricate, find etc.

Thank You for your help in advance WIXers!
Also i've attached the link to our facebook page so you can see some of the current work being done on "The Rat"

TEXAS RAIDERS is two models later so what I could send would be of little help.
There is a distinct lack of detail to the photographes in the Pilots Handbook, but it would give you someplace to jump off from.

Best of Luck to the The DR team!
