I like long walks on the beach, snuggling by a fire, candle-lit dinners and puppies.
I live in Cleveland, OH. For the last 11 years I have been teaching History, Government and other social studies in the Cleveland schools. I am divorced (2X), have three children (1 S, 2 D), 2 grandchildren (1 of each), a fiance (who is the love of my life) (took me a long time to figure the whole relationship thing out... what can I say I was improperly socialized as a child and hence was socially retarded) a dog, 3 cars, 1 motorscooter and a bicycle.
I came back to modeling a couple of years ago, but stalled out when my mom died. That being said I am back and trying to get some plastic built! My primary interest is in pre- and early WWII aircraft. I last modeled in 1978... the hobby has changed a whole lot in 30+ years.
I served in the US Army for 6+ years and then transferred to the USAF, for the next 25 years... got to travel a lot and spent more time than I like to remember sleeping somewhere other than my own bed! When Uncle Sam told me I was going back to the sandbox for the second time in 2 years, I decided to retire... gentlemen of a certain age should not be going into a combat zone and I was well past that age!
