Post subject: Ian Groom killed today
PostPosted: Fri Apr 30, 2004 7:21 pm
Hi All,

A sad day I just saw on the web that Ian was killed while practicing for the Ft. Lard. show.

The news report states he entered a flat spin and impact the water about 2000 yards off shore.

Those of us who knew Ian have lost a friend and one Hell of a Display pilot.

My prayers go out to his Family and Friends

Ian RIP
