Since I had great success with the spare lamps box I posted here, I thought I'd try a harder piece. This is a window off of a pressurized aircraft. I suspect it is for B29, but it is manufactured by a North American subsidiary, Del Riccio. Part number is prefixed with 82, and it has a yellow tag on it but I can't read the aircraft type. If you have any clues, please let me know.

Come on you guys!!!

Someone else out there must know what this thing is! I've already sent John the details on this part, lets see if anyone else can figure it out.

Hint: It's not B-29!

John said he'll give a NOS L-3 gunsight to the first person who gueses it! (and a case of beer if you know what A/C the L-3 was used in). :partyman:

Trevor,
I had to go out and get the coon dogs off the warbird tree- I hang the truly unidentified parts out there and when I get tired of trying to identify them, I get old Harry the shotgun out and fire up the poor UFO's. I figure that if they didn't want to be identified, then it's a shallow grave and coon dog p*ss on 'em...
Thanks again for identifying this piece. Very interesting...
