The new museum is apparently not open to the public until mid next year.

I am not sure what the delay is..funds no doubt ! . I know they will have the following...Me 110F, Me109E, Ju 87 wreck, Ju88G, He111H and Fw200 Condor when they are finished, Horten H11L tailless glider, Klemm 135, Arado 79, Fi-156 (Swedish), Ju 52/3m, Noord 1002 (as Me108), NordNC702 ( as Siebel 204), and Etrich-Taube.
They are also hoping to expand to Tempelhof airport when I closes in a few years as some of the larger aircraft will need more space, not to mention what they still have in storage I suppose. Might give them a chance to look for those rumoured underground hangars full of water as well

What we did not destroy in the bombings the Russians blew up in celebration. All of the structures that are standing that are "period" have been reconstructed. Almost all traces of Nazi infrastructure is gone. Berlin is definetly a city growing towards the future. The reunification of of Berlin is also bringing on public workk projects of unprecedented scale. Much of the east has not been touched since the war, only drab housing projects stand as a testament to the cold war. cya back in the states
