That photo is shown in a book- NA P-51 Mustang, A Photo Chronicle by Larry Davis. The book lists it as 162 FIS/Ohio ANG at Cox Airport in the early 50s.
Maybe Martin has some other info on that photo and its ANG service.
My picture of it I took at Dover AFB about 4 years ago after I changed heads and banks on it in a C-5 hangar there.
This A/C has a fun history to it. It has been owned by owners with JB as their initials going back to the late 1960s IIRC.
