Sounds like a Great Idea!

Would love to see any and all mustang/spitfire action we can get anywhere near Southeastern Pa (Reading, New garden, etc.).

It would be great also to have advance notice (if possible) of any practice taking place in the area (anywhere within a couple hours drive of West Chester Pa.) - Would love to just be there to hear the sweat sounds!

Thanks!

Chuck

That would definitely be different. You don't see those two types flying together hardly any but when you do it's usually flat formation passes and no acro. Looking forward to updates.

Rich,

Great Mustang pics!!!! And to know you are keeping 'em flying is great!!!!

You've come a long ways from those days ('77-'78) of teaching Drill & Ceremony at the best squadron in the world (well, according to Ned Lee, anyways...)!!!

Signed,

A guy you taught D&C to...back in "the day"

The list of aircraft attending Geneseo 2014 is starting to fill up, and on the list is Andrew McKenna and his new P-51. Any chance that Jim will be able to make it up there with the Spitfire, so we can see the P-51/Spit duo act?

Rich, Jim, and others...

Thanks for a GREAT thread! I read through the whole thing and enjoyed it immensely. Better than a thriller, IMO. I've been enjoying "The Horsemen" DVD for a while now and can now see it in a whole different light. Unlike most of the folks on this forum, I have zero inside connections to the warbird community, so this all new to me.

Keep up the great work and thanks for helping us keep 'em flying! Rich, the work you do on these things is amazing.
