Mark, you magnificent b*stard, where did you dig up that 345th BG B-57 shot?! They flew the Canberra from Langley AFB in the late 50s, and I've only found a couple other pics of them... that's a SUPERB shot for multiple reasons, not least being the presence of underwing stores on the aircraft which I'll now happily add to my 1/72 kit. :)

You've gotten quite good at this photo finding business, you know that? :)

BOY! that is one very narrow window in time with the shots of HRP-1's and H-21's practicing vert assault since their time in tandem service was very short with the USMC like 1950-51 or so.

Are we still up for requests? I'd really like to see some of the post war dive bomber and torpedo bomber prototypes. e.g. BTD, TB2D, BTK, BTC, BT2C, etc. They've always fascinated me, and information on them is not always the easiest to come across.
