Since the other thread is a few pages in and mostly preview stuff I thought we could start a new page of scenes from Oshkosh.

Here are some shots from today. Looking forward to seeing everyone elses and i'll add more as time permits.

Some media guy saw me taking this shot and ran over to get it as well. Then he went up to them and asked who they were and what their EAA member numbers were. I just had to laugh (silently to myself). And for those of you who don't live Oshkosh like some of us do, the man on the left is Paul Poberezney who started this whole thing and of course Mr Steve Hinton on the right. Two aviation icons!

Great shots as usual Al! :D
The Spitfire XVIII looks spectacular in that scheme. Nice to see it back at OSH.
Mr. Hinton must have clones. He's everywhere!

you can do that when you have a bunch of very fast airplanes at your disposal.

I pulled these two out of the hangar this morning and fueled them, and now they're already on the EAA Facebook page! :supz:
I can't wait to join up with them again tomorrow. :D

I also spent the last several days polishing Sweet. No doubt, though, it will need another cleaning when I arrive. Image
