I spent a very pleasant afternoon in the sunshine today at Little Gransden, tending to the Hurricane and taking a few pictures in between times.

A really nice little show on an intimate grass airfield, with a good selection of aircraft on display.

Enjoy.......

The above are Druine Turbulents, before anybody asks. The Tiger Club team have been a staple of the UK airshow scene for many, many years, mainly at the smaller venues. Powered by a VW engine, btw.

I've heard of them! They built Stonehenge, right?

I went to a car/air show in the south (east of Southampton) that was at a grass strip some years back. I think it was in Kent(?) sometime in September? It was very laid back and I had a wonderful time. Any idea where that was???? I remember seeing the black Hurricane there.

Great shots Mike! My favorite is the Piper Arrow. How about that, a pic of a plane on the WIX board that I can fly! :D
