Popped up in my FB feed today, but I can't find the link.

They needed three new engines. They have two down and are working on cash for a third.

So no flying until they get that one up and running.

There is some info on 'Lil and her engines here - you will need to scroll down a ways.

Hope that helps. Randy

At the risk of sounding like a PITA, some of us don't "do" FB. Just sayin'.

You don't have to "do FB" to access a facebook page. I don't do FB either, yet I find myself checking several FB pages frequently. FWIW many facebook pages are essential for those who like to follow all things "warbirds" and more so now a days than ever before.

The only impersonation I recall from Nixon was "I'm not a crook" .... but I'm sure you could find a few better "impersonations" as of late 8)

There are hundreds of aviation groups on facebook. You can start a group very easily. The days of the forum are near the end while facebook is the new venue. I've been able to connect with some of my airplane heroes on there, get to chat with Kermit Weeks on a daily basis, Gary Powers Jr. , try and raise money for a project, etc. Facebook is really not that bad.

Oh and those who say "but FB is a security risk because it puts my information out there" - 1) It only puts out what you put in, and 2) Being a "black hole" on the internet only makes you more interesting for hackers. The most uninteresting person on the internet (for a hacker) is the person who is an "open book" because they remove all doubt that they're interesting.

Me, I like to be uninteresting. :axe:

Kurt - I don't "do" FB either and don't have an account, however, the link I sent you is visible to non-members without any prompting to join. Just FYI. Randy

Here's what I wanted to write:

No, no, no, you don't understand. I don't "do" conspiracy theories, entertain undue fears for my security, or other weird $hit either. I just don't like FB. And you know what? I don't have to. So there. pftpftpftpft. :P

But here's what I'm gonna say:

Oh, I have an account, and I've "done" FB in the past. Which is precisely why I detest it now. And yes, I still get on it once in a while because I simply must, but each time I do only aggravates me, and my poor attitude towards it. It's not for everyone, and I resent having it shoved down my throat whether I like it or not.

Might save some aggravation to just go ahead and explain that up front.

We get regular warnings at work about FB, Twits et al, as they can be security risks to us because of who we work for. Haven't even thought about accounts either, as I don't have the time or inclination to be that communicative about what I do or whom I pal around with. It is enough keeping up on the few boards that I do.
