Part 7 of OK I'm done ...
Merry Spit-mas.
Lovely stuff. Ah, the BoB film, it seems like only yesterday but here it is 45 years later.
There were many mis-indents over the years. I have taken the liberty to suggest alternative captions.
Best regards,

Supermarine Spitfire Mk.Vc, AR501, G-AWII, filming Battle of Britain, 1969
Actually Mk V BL614 at Henlow and then thought to be 'AB871'. Note four blade prop and canopy repair
Supermarine Spitfire Mk.IXb, MH434, G-ASJVI, filming Battle of Britain, 1969
A Mk IX but not MH434 during the BoB film. Note no belly aerial. A less contrasty image required.
This is not UK scenery. I would suggest MK297 with the Confederates post BoB film. I will check on my return to home base
Supermarine Spitfire Mk.IX T, ML407, G-LFIXI, filming Battle of Britain, 1969
This is actually Bill Grenwood's TE308 at Bovingdon. Note the Buchon prop. ML407 was still a pile of Irish bits a this time
