Random photos from the CBI theater. There's a few members here who have a connection to that theater so perhaps there's something of interest. Many you've seen before and possibly a few you've not bothered to see if you visit the Fold3 archives. Always good stuff though so hopefully the info is close to being correct.

Interesting how the red border looks to have been painted out with an off color blue. I'm sure this was a "field mod" once the red border was discontinued.

Mark, thanks for those photos, I always enjoy your posts. My father was in the CBI for a short time late in the war after serving in Europe. Army Air Corps ground crew.
