There are in this world, people who would not follow instructions or obey the established procedures.

I notice that Scott is one of them.

When there is CLEARLY evidence that there is the authorized tool attached to the mount/carriage of the cannon, known as an AXE, why is he using a sledgehammer? Some people . . . . : )
