I'm looking for the what type of paint is used on windows of aircraft that are on outdoor display at museums?
I believe PIMA uses a two part system of some kind of rubberized paint that can be removed later.

I want to protect the interior from damaging sun
I want to be able to remove it easily if required.
I would like to know the exact paint spec (or brand)
and recommend colors.

The paint we use on the canopies is an elastomeric acrylic that is intended for painting roofs. http://www.rubberized.com/roofing-products-tucson/white-reflective-roof-coatings/.
That one is what we use you should be able to find something similar. It generally only comes in white or tan over it we just use a normal household outdoor latex paint. Just mask off the canopy and window frames and put it on with a small roller. When you want to remove it hot water through a power washer takes it right off.

Thanks James, do ya'll use universal tinting colorants to get the light blue or does the supplier tint the elastomeric for you? Thanks in advance!

We just use the elastomeric as is and paint over it with a blueish color of latex outdoor house paint from one of the big box stores.

That's covered the Windows spec. Is there a spec for the Mac?

Yes, but it's much more expensive, takes a proprietary roller, and you don't get to choose your color
