Congratulations to Vintage Wings of Canada ; the Mk 9 Spitfire has completed its first flight
This aircraft is a data plate restoration that according to Peter Arnold started out with nothing more than a corroded firewall. The aircraft represents Spitfire mk 9 Y2K that was operated by the RCAF during WW2
