Full Noise To Reno!! The Wings Over New Zealand Show Episode 157 is online now. Graeme Frew talks with me as he prepares to leave for the USA where he'll be leading the first ever New Zealand team to compete at the world famous Reno Championship Air Races, in Nevada. Graeme talks about his background, his Yakovlev Yak 3M fighter that he will be flying in the races, and his preparations for the big Reno adventure. Go Full Noise!!

I have no idea what the Steadfast team are planning, sorry. That is a very cool plane though and the team who brought it to Omaka this year are a great fun bunch.

I heard they were going to try a couple years ago, but apparently ran into import restrictions or something. It would be great to see Steadfast back at Reno. I think it would make for an epic battle for the Silver between Steadfast, Dusty, and possibly Full Noise along with the Sanders Sea Furies. With that line up, it would make qualifying relevant in the Silver.
