I posted this on a couple of Facebook pages, so I apologize ahead of time if this is repetitive to anyone over there. Do any photographers/collectors have pictures of Cliff Cummins' #69 "Miss Candace" (N79111) specifically from Reno 1978? That was the last year Dr. Cliff raced her. She had skinny, yellow race numbers, and sponsorship from Circus Circus Hotel Casino. "Circus Circus" was across the bottom of the wings "Red Baron" style. The top of the wingtips had the Circus Circus clown, and later in the week there was a round white clown sticker that was on the tail over the candy stripes. I'm not looking for pictures that people do a Google search for and come up with old Emil Strasser photos from Warbird Aero Press or such....anyone can do that. I'm looking for pictures that perhaps haven't seen the light of day before or in a long time. I'm looking for overall shots from that year...pit shots, air shots, and/or detail shots of the markings. Thanks in advance.

Brad, I think you've seen most of mine, haven't you?

Do you have a project going , regarding N79111 or Reno 78?

Oh, that one is great, Neal. That shows the sticker on the tail better than the other photo I have....black and white photocopy.

So, Neal....am I seeing this right? Is the Snoopy/doghouse GONE in this shot?

It was only on the left side of the fuselage, and I know early in the race week when they announced the Circus sponsorship (along with Ray Cote's plane), the Snoopy artwork was still on the plane. But unless it is really hidden in the glare and reflection, I don't see it in this picture.

That's an interesting question! Somehow I had not noticed that. I'll have to check my other files -- I certainly have no memory of this one way or another. There'd be no obvious reason to remove it during Race week, but I don't see it either and the picture seems pretty clear. Unfortunately you've caught me at a bad time -- I'm just in the process of packing and cleaning for my trip South to my other life. You do have me interested, though.

And Neal, can you PM me when you get a chance? I want to talk to you about this photo please.
