Could not visit the Atlantic Aviation Museum.....due to the last storm. https://acamuseum.ca/

Neat, they seem to have most of the postwar Canadian types, but I didn't see a CF-100.

The Banshee is nice. Many don't remember that Canada was a major user of them back when they had carriers.

Been almost 5 years to the day since I made it to Shearwater myself, great pics!

Are those Canso wings in the woods at the Atlantic Canada Aviation Museum?

Point taken, but the CF-101 and Silver Star were not RCN, hence my (semi) expectation of a CF-100.

Yes they are. The one inside does not have wings.

You wouldn't be able to know this without having been to the area but the CF-101 isn't in Shearwater but is part of the Atlantic Canada Aviation Museum about 30 minutes away (along with a CF-100). The RCN also did utilize some CT-133s.

The Canso at ACAM was recovered from its crash site in 1986,in Labrador.
