Hey Bill,

Check out December December 24 of the Golden Age of Flight 2018 Calendar. That's you
in formation with 101X. BTW it's an excellent day to day calendar.

Take care,
Stephen Rister

Thanks for the heads’ up, Steve. I believe that picture was taken by Bill Crump on the same afternoon as a photo shoot of the CAF Hellcat. Photo ship was the CAF Helldiver and I think Randy Wilson was flying it. Dan Secker was flying 101X.

Bill, if you are right, it was taken on 19 July, 1998, and I was flying the Helldiver. My log entry is "Photo mission with Bill Crump w/F6F". Just FYI.

Nice way to advertise there! I immediately bought one. :)

BTW Lynn, happened to see you up on Saturday. Was looking for another airplane on the flight tracker at work and happened to see you buzzing around on the ADS-B feed. Funny enough, the plane I was looking for didn't even show up on the tracker until it was on the ground at SPS and I was on the ramp marshalling it in. Considering it was a C-17 coming to pick up guys heading home for the holidays, it was a bit bigger target than you.

I caught it on www.adsbexchange.com in this case, but FlightAware also shows the flight on the 23rd, so it and FlightRadar24 should be able to give you a "playback" of your flights without having to use any pay system.
