In Tom Reilly's restoration update for May, he mentioned that, with so little left to be done now, as long as there are no hiccups, they'll be ready for Oshkosh with time to spare. It sounds like the engine and systems ground-tests are very well set/accomplished already, with the brakes and some final detailing remaining to be completed/added.
