Here is a recent article purporting to show an F-117 still in operation earlier this year.
Is this a hoax or are they still operating some as was done with the SR-71 years ago??

Yes, they have been operating 117s for quite a few years as aggressors out of Tonopah. They still haven't really been officially acknowledged, but the squadron patch is painted on the side of the airplanes for all with long lenses to see.

It is different than the SR-71 situation, though.

A pair of them were operating very publicly out of Fresno airport a week or two back.

Does a press release from the 144th Fighter Wing count as official?
