First off, I am absolutely slack-jawed at that airframe history... where on earth did you track that down?
Second: how difficult would it be to reattach a tail boom to this fuselage? Seems like she's definitely worth restoring back to her Vietnam glory as a 129th AHC ship, even if it's only as a static display.
Good luck to the QAM in their efforts with this old warhorse!

Info comes from the Army Gold Book. VHPA has a CD that has the history of any helicopter that served in Vietnam. It lists history up to 1975. There's a thriving FB group that covers all units at Lane AHP where the 129th was based:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/LaneAHP/I've been tracking down surviving helicopters that were based there, about 70 from the 129th so far. #925 was known, altho recent history was a bit murky.
