So, what are the odds it might sport a Snake on the side?

That was my first thought!

For those unable to access the video clip, here's a photo from the FHCAM Twitter feed:

i must admit that I was hoping for the more iconic green colors. They just say Stuka. Plus that North Africa sand color will look kinda boring in the air over Puget Sound. Maybe they will put on some mottling over the base color.

The green (and a splash of yellow) is indeed iconic....but I will point out that you used Stuka and boring in the same paragraph! Ha Ha

Green with yellow would've been my pic for the iconic look too. But again I say: flying Stuka!

Jason Fortenbacher posted a walkaround - including shots of the propeller - and suggested that as WkNr.6234 was diverted from the North African theatre perhaps it was painted in those colours and then overpainted in the Eastern Front scheme...and he pointed out that FHCAM is known for going to great lengths to accurately replicate schemes on its collection...

I trust FHCAM's commitment to the history of their significant airframes. I am entirely on board with whatever they choose to represent. Either way, it's a flying Stuka.

The desert tan color looks good!

Other than version specifics
Would be the winter white camo
