Why is this years theme "Corsair Crazy" if Thunder Over Michigan is getting the USN Blue Angels next year? Wouldn't make sense to do it next year? The Blues with a bunch bent-wing blue birds. Any chance of getting one of the two Super Hornet demo teams to come to Thunder this year? Maybe ever have a legacy flight.

Could be Cool?!

Better to have a gathering when the money won't be going towards jet team accommodations. Also every 5 years seems to be a bomber theme, next year will be 5. +1 on the Hornet though, Legacy flight would be awesome...

My thoughts exactly. I think 2019 should have been a P-51 gathering or something to that effect. Not that I'm knocking a Corsair gathering. Especially being in "Corsair Country".

And I would assume your bent-wing stable mate wouldn't mind the company! Assuming she will be heading that way come August :D

And I know many of us were quite disappointed you didn't get to fly last year. I was really hoping you'd at least get to do a pass when you took off for home.
