This small panel arrived today.

It appears to be non magnetic stainless steel so likely guns or engine related.

There are no markings or stamps on it. There is no paint residues apart from some dried on black on the inside.

There are two smaller parts spot welded on the inside at either end.

It looks and feels US made.

It is 5.85 inches wide and ca. 13 inches long.

I am not sure whether it should be curved or straight but thats the shape it took when I tapped out the dents.

There are three holes on either long edge.

It was claimed to be a wreck recovered B29 part.

Any B29 experts who can recognise it ?
