What has hurt the Tempests is that none have been restored to flying status. If someone could finish one to flying status it would boost the confidence, popularity and value of the rest of the projects.
Somewhere, somehow, someone has to get one of these flying!

I can't think of a reason why MW376 won't fly in 2020.

Two Tempest II restorations to watch for in the coming year - MW376 in Canada and MW763 in the UK. Both will be flyers when completed, and I've heard that both are quite close to each other in terms of completion. The Canadian group posted that they expect to be doing taxi tests with MW376 as early as first quarter of 2020.

Would love to see one fly. That’s good news
