Ditto. Format needs to revert for me and others to return. Not driving across multiple states to be forced into a particular day and be unable to accommodate weather.

Ditto here too. $225 for a full day is a joke, but for half a day, it's down right insulting.

Didn't they also have a Waco biplane? Where did that go?

The drive-in airshow format is nice, but the price is outrageous for people like me when its only me that wants to see the show! I got a complimentary half day ticket, but I'm undecided if I'm going. Its a 6 hour round trip drive and gas prices are much higher this year. For what, 2 hours of flying. My wife tags along for the day and watches some of the show between naps.

I hope that they revert back next year. I would buy the pre-sale ticket promo they offered sometime in November for my wife and I along with parking. That was something like $55 - $60. I thought that was a good price.

If they revert back, I hope they aren't jerks about bringing food in like a few times in the past that I've experienced.

Almost fell asleep, save for the Blues not much "Thunder !" to speak of, and little else.
0 traffic when I got there around 11, did see the heritage pass making some lackluster passes.

Understand the 52 cancelled ,, What ever happened to the V-22 ?
Didn't see the F-100 in the air maybe he flew early, which doesn't seem to make much sense. Mosquito ever show up ?

One of the Blues seemed to have had a problem after a high alpha and had to knock it off, kinda threw their routine out of whack and they all landed shorty thereafter, was probably towards the end anyhow.

Yes. Since this is WIX, I will say the variety of warbirds was much appreciated, although the themed warbird presence fell apart with all of the cancellations. A ton of the cancellations were within a very short time frame before the show, and Michael worked around the clock to piece something together. This was nothing more than him wanting a good warbird showing for us enthusiasts, as he could've very easily said cancellations are cancellations and not spent any $$ to get the Corsair, Fw 190, and P-40 there. It was my first time seeing the F-100, DTAM's Hurricane, Tri-State's Fw 190 and P-40, and Erickson's Bf 109, so it was worth it for me!
