Thanks for all the posts regarding the Aluminum overcast's move. I guess i jumped the gun a bit with my comments. While I have almost 40 years of gear jamming, almost none of it being flatbed. Very interesting responses regarding possibly getting rigged so as to avoid permitting . Hopefully, the move will be documented so we can see the progress. :drinkers:

Hopefully they won't incur many bullet holes along the way. Large shiny objects on road transport seem to attract them.

It was before I was part of the museum, so late 70's to early 80's when the move was made. I became a part of the staff in 1987 or so, before I went salary with GD.
