Does anyone know of a good source for detailed schematics of the KB-50 or B-29? Trying to identify some details on the fuselage.
Thanks in advance!
Cheers,
Mike

Air Corps Library has one of the B-25 electrical books available. I believe it's probably a block diagram book, rather than full up schematics.

By far the best source of detailed photos of all models of the B-50 is this book. I checked Ginter Books and Amazon but it is apparently no longer available from either outfit. This looks like the best bet to get a copy. It’s well worth the asking price.

There should be a Technical Order for the B-50 with all the wiring diagrams (i.e. wiring schematics). I have no idea where to get a copy however. I know the maintenance manuals for my T-6 have wiring diagrams but that is a far simpler aircraft. I would guess the B-50 to have a dedicated wiring diagram book.

Also:

They may have more stuff that isn't scanned yet.

Michael, if you are trying to identify items on the fuselage, this might help. These pages are from the B-50A & D Maintenance Manual

Been looking for a reasonably-priced copy of this for several years, but seeing this post I just bought it anyway. The rest of Ginter's books are fascinating and well done, and there's very little out there in print on B-50 details.

Thanks for the point-out!
