March Field Air Museum vs P-38 National Association

Is anyone here familiar with the “fight” between March Field Air Museum vs P-38 National Association?

Apparently MFAM has locked the P-38 Association folks out of their museum hanger and closed it down. Seems very strange and definitely not a good thing for either party.
