Hey guys,

I'm trying to do some research on a John Glagola that was in WWII and named an aircraft "Duchess" or "The Duchess". Unfortunately I don't have any other info to go off at this time. I see a John Glagola lived in PA and VT that could have been in WWII, but so far no luck yet. Any leads or help would be appreciated!

Chris

Hey guys! Wanted to revive this thread with a little update.
I met with my fiancé's grandmother, Betty (aka Duchess) and showed her these two pictures and she confirmed that this is the John Glagola we were after! Betty was born in 1940 so this specific airplane named Duchess apparently came with a painting of her as a child with curly hair. The clues keep coming!
