For the life of me I can't remember the designation of this thing. Kind of like a mini B-58. I belive it's in a museum somewhere in the U.S. Appreciate any info/link.

That would be the McDonnell model 119, later renamed the model 220.

Wasn't it up for sale just a few months ago? I remember seeing a photo of it on one of the on-line aircraft brokerages. I didn't even know it still existed.

Yes, that was the designation and rather than looking like a B-58, it looked more like a mini Convair 880 or 990. It was the only biz jet concept with four separate underwing engine pods, like the 707, DC-8, CV880 and CV990.
I have a photo of it, but don't know how to post it on this board, and I am leaving about "O'dark thirty" in the morning for Kenosha,WI and eventually OSH.
