Can anyone help me to identify this C-119?

It has the name "Honky Tonk Angel" and is carrying the shield of the 47th Bombardment Wing. The photograph was taken in England in the 1950s and I understand that the 47th was based at RAF Sculthorpe, Norfolk, England at the time. The photograph might have been taken at RAF Sturgate in Lincolnshire, England at one of their open days. Sturgate was used as a USAF base in the 1950s.

I haven't been able to find any reference to the name and because of this I can't identify any serial number.

Can anyone help please?
