1944 Spitfire Mk.VIII, flying at Duxford, England on 4th Feb 2020:-
For those interested in activity at Duxford, England on a sunny but cold 4th February 2020 - here's clip of John Romain flying Spitfire VIII MT928 G-BKMI :-

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUPznxKSGNE

Also active were Harvard KF183, Hurricane V7497, Hurricane R4118, P-51 Mustang 'Miss Helen', Chipmunk WP929, Chipmunk WK522, RAF Grob Prefect ZM309 and a few other GA types - (video clips to follow!)

If you're interested in many more video clips from Airshows and airbase 'fences' in England, take a look at the rest of the channel.

Also, if anybody wants any information, pictures, videos, tips etc regarding airfields, aviation/military museums and linked events in England then please ask or let me know. I'm based 25 miles south of London.
:) :spit

It's just a video game promo...but still....very well done. Better than a lot of cheezy / B-series WW2 movies I have recently seen!

Your take?

It's actually quite well done. As you said, better than alot of the CGI era war films that have come out in the last decade.

The game itself is interesting as well, especially if you're into the naval aspects of WWII. It's about as realistic as most games but it does have some notable moments. Outmaneuvering a spread of torpedoes when you didn't think you could is quite intense :)

I found it impressive the amount of effort and $ put into a production of that quality for a game! But nice it is!
