I realize the link to this movie is slim, even though the movie starts and ends on a plane.
Brief Synopsis:

A British commando team, along with an American Ranger parachute into WW2 Germany. They have to rescue an American corporal, pretending to be a general, from a castle on top of a mountain before the Germans find out that he’s a fake.

Although there are a couple of holes in the plot big enough to drive a Mack truck through, I enjoyed the top notch acting of both Richard Burton and Clint Eastwood. The suspense is taut and the move doesn’t bog down anywhere.

Four stars.
