not sure how far cockpit collectors go but this book might be of interest.
It's an aussie ebay so be warned might be a bit of postage involved for overseas buyers.

anyone care to say what the cockpit pictured is from on the advertisement?

How about this one? I can't think what "special radio equipment" an aussie plane might have that'd need a destruction circuit to be fitted.
