Can someone tell me if T-6/Harvard fairings/panels/cowlings etc are generally interchangeable between different aircraft?

I'm putting together a Harvard IV & have some fuselage to wing fairings from a AT-6D that don't appear to want to fit at all?.. if the trailing edge of the centre section was 1/2 an inch higher, all would look quite good though?

All the empennage fairings fitted very well & the wheel fairings fitted ok as well.

Were these things usually hand finished to this extent?

Appreciate any thoughts?

Jason

That's about normal. I'm restoring a T-6 and some panels fit quite well and others not so good. The aft right hand wing to body fairing panel is unobtainable.
